When you subscribe to an agent or office website and have an existing domain name, please follow the instructions below. You have the choice whether to add the domain yourself or to provide our support team with the information to apply the changes for you.
To redirect your existing domain name:
- Login to your Domain Registrar account. The Registrar is the company where you have purchased your domain name.
- Use the DNS server settings provided by your INCOM Account Manager.
When completed, please inform us so we can add your domain to our system. This is a very simple process and takes only a few moments to complete.
For InCom to point your existing domain name:
- Identify your registrar and your username and password with the registrar.
- Send an email to with your request and registrar login details (Username and Password).
